Aston Commissioners, during the February 18 board of commissioners meeting, presented a proclamation and gift to public works employee Gary Junkerman in recognition of his 25 years of service to the township.
Junkerman was hired on January 22, 1990 and has worked in various capacities as a public works and sanitation employee.
“Gary has always been very helpful with any snow emergency that has befallen the township,” said Commissioner Jon Firlein. “We thank you for your 25 years of service.”
