Building / Code Department
This is to inform all residents that prior to starting any building, electrical, plumbing or HVAC project in Aston Township a permit is required. All Contractors must have a Pennsylvania License Registration and insurance in order to secure permits. The Township still requires $500,000 in liability insurance from each contractor. Please notify the Contractor if you are a widow or widower, or 62 years of age as you are eligible for a Senior Citizen Discount up to $7,500.00 worth of work per calendar year.
