It has been brought to our attention residents concerns regarding movement at the site of the Grace Property on Pennell Road. Be advised, we are aware of this movement and it is NOT the project moving forward. The property owner is cutting down some quality trees without disturbing the soil or removing stumps. The work currently under way on Pennell Road is being handled through PennDOT as a Green Light Go 50% Match Grant. The project includes the following intersections on Pennell Road – Glendale Boulevard, Knowlton Road, Lehr Boulevard, Marianville/Weir, Hall Drive, Dutton’s Mill (& Lamp Post Lane), and Springbrook Boulevard.
