Aston Township 1st Annual Holiday Decorating Winners Announced

The Aston Township Parks and Recreation Committee in conjunction with the township board of commissioners, is pleased to announce the first place and honorable mention winners in the inaugural township holiday decorating contest. The holiday decorating contest ran through December 20 when teams of impartial judges were dispersed throughout each ward in the township to determine this year's winners. Two residences in each ward were selected to receive a first place award of a $100 gift card to Giant Market and honorable mention winners received a $50 gift card to Wawa.

Aston Welcomes the Holidays With Tree Lighting and Winter Festival

Prior to the lighting of the township Christmas tree, songs of the season were performed by the Aston and Pennell Elementary Choirs.
