Bike Decorating and Safety Rodeo Contest. Aston Township Community Day Bike Contest Kids, ages 0 to 12, can participate in the parade by decorating their bikes, wagons and strollers and riding along the parade route for all to see. Prizes will be awarded for the best decorations. There will also be a Rodeo Contest prior to the parade for bikes, sponsored by the Neumann University Nursing Program. Be a part of your community’s history as we kick off Aston Township Community Day 2024. We will begin the day with the annual parade from Neumann University beginning at 9:30 am and proceed south on Concord Road where it will be joined by the bike contest participants at the Giant Food Store parking lot and continue south on Concord Road to the Community Center where the Community Day festivities and the Aston Business Expo will begin. The Aston Business and Community Expo has been postponed until Saturday, September 14, 2024. The Aston Business Association will host the 20th Annual Aston Township Community Day on Saturday, September 21, 2024 from 11:00AM – 3:00PM Community Day will begin with a parade from Neumann University (Neumann Drive) starting at 9:00am.  The parade will proceed along Concord Road to the Aston Township Community Center.  The parade will feature local community groups and organizations, as well as, musical entertainment.  Inside the community center, the Annual Business Expo will be held for all Aston businesses
