    6th Annual Holiday Decorating Contest

    The Aston Township Parks & Recreation Committee along with the Board of Commissioners is pleased to announce they will be holding their 6th Annual Holiday Decorating Contest.  There will be two (2) residential winners for each ward, judging will be held on December 11th, 12th, 13th & 14th.  There will be winners for two (2) businesses in three (3) categories with judging being held December 10th, 11th & 14th.  No registration is required and displays should be completed by December 10, 2020.     Township Leaf Bag Collection to Resume

    Recently it had been released that due to the unfortunate closing of the Delaware County Compost Farm, Aston Township would be unable to continue it’s leaf collection as we had nowhere to take what would be collected.  Fortunately for us, Aston’s own Mulch Express located on Crozerville Road. has stepped up and taken over the Compost Farm so it can remain open!  The Township will be returning to its normal leaf bag collection.  As done in the past leaf bags are available for purchase on the second floor of the municipal building during regular business hours.  The bags are being …Read More »

    Delaware County is seeing a rise in COVID-19 cases in the county, and is approaching the highest number of outbreaks since the height of the pandemic.
