    At the December 18th Board of Commissioners the 2019 Holiday Decorating Contest winners were announced. Prizes for First Place and Honorable Mention for each Ward were awarded. First Place Winners will receive a $100 gift certificate to Giant. Honorable Mention Winners will receive a $50 gift certificate to WAWA.     Conditional Use Approval Springbrooke Industrial, LLC Update – December 17, 2019

    The Conditional Use Application by Springbrooke Industrial, LLC for the proposed Springbrooke Trade Center located at Pennell Road and Springbrooke Blvd., originally scheduled for consideration at the Board of Commissioners meeting on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 has been postponed. The postponement will give the Board additional time to review the application, as well as the issues and concerns raised by residents during the conditional use hearing on December 11, 2019.
