In 2015 the Board of Commissioners established a volunteer committee to assist the Township Engineer and Administration prepare a Township Parks Master Plan. The committee submitted a draft proposal of the Township Parks & Recreation Plan which was reviewed and adopted in 2015. The Aston Township Parks and Recreation Plan sets forth a blueprint for how the Township can protect and improve its parks and recreation resources to enhance the quality of life for current and future Aston residents.
