Chase Bank Construction Update – 4513 Pennell Rd.
The Board of Commissioners at their monthly legislative meeting on March 20, 2024, approved the Preliminary/Final Land Development Application of 4513 Pennell Road Associates, LLC to build a new Chase Bank at the intersection of Pennell Road and Dutton Mill Road (4513 Pennell Road). Before construction can begin, the applicant will demolish the office building that is currently on the site. Demolition is expected to start on or about 9/24/24.

The parade will proceed along Concord Road to the Aston Township Community Center. The parade will feature local community groups and organizations, as well as, musical entertainment.
