There will be a Conditional Use Hearing for Nick Falcone & Sons, Inc. on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at 7 p.m. in the Commissioners Meeting Room. The applicant located at 8 Crozerville Road in the Rolling Hills Industrial Park has submitted a Conditional Use Application to construct a retaining wall and grade a portion of the property in the area of steep slopes. Relief is being requested under Zoning Ordinance 1288.05 Use Regulations Section (a)(2) Subsection F.
