A public hearing regarding a change of zoning district for the proposed Star Hill development located north of five points on Pennell Road will be held on November 23, 2015 at 7:00PM in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room in the Aston Township Municipal Building at 5021 Pennell Road.
The property had previously been changed to Institutional District to accommodate condominium units, which in addition to being Age Restricted, contained Assisted living and Continuing Care Units. The applicant, Joe Grace has made application for a change to Zoning District Townhouse District to accommodate 77 Townhouses.
For those unfamiliar with the location of the proposed project, the land parcel is situated between Pennell Road and Old Pennell Road just adjacent to the Yarnell Pools property.
