An informal meeting has been scheduled for May 23, 2024, to discuss the proposed land use for the former 3.5-acre Township Complex located at 5021 Pennell Road, here in Aston Township. The property is the former location of the Township Administration, Police Station, and the Public Works Complex.
Township Staff, Township Solicitor, Township Engineer, the developer, and their Engineer will be in attendance to walk you through the proposed land use plans so you can understand where we have been and where we are going in the development of the property. Township residents are encouraged to attend the meeting and comment on the proposed use of the property.
The meeting will be held on May 23, 2024, at the James W. McGinn Community Center located at 3270 Concord Road. beginning at 6:30PM.
