There will be a meeting of the Aston Township Planning Commission on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, to review the Delaware County Planning Commission comments, and the Township Engineer’s plan review comments for the following new land development applications:
RIC Municipal Center, LLC – Iacobucci Companies, LLC is proposing the construction of 37 Town Homes and a 2,378-sf commercial building on the 3.5-acre site of the former Aston Township Municipal Complex, at 5021 Pennell Road.
Christiana Care of Pennsylvania. Inc – The applicant is proposing the construction of a two-story Micro-Hospital (Neighborhood hospital) at 7 Turner Industrial Way. The current building will be demolished, and a new two-story building will be constructed. The site is immediately across the Dutton Mill Road from the Ice Works skating complex.
The meeting will be held at the Township Administrative offices, 2 new Road, Aston, PA 19014, starting at 7:00pm. (The New Road bridge in now open to access the Township parking lot.) The meeting is open to the public and Township residents are invited to attend and comment.
