Former Township Commissioner Bob Willoughby The Aston Township Board of Commissioners and the residents of the township are saddened to learn of the death of former 4th ward Commissioner Robert S. Willoughby. Our condolences go out to Bob's wife Jacque', his daughters Wendy and Jodi, and son-in law, David. Bob was appointed commissioner of the 4th ward in October 1999 when he filled the unexpired term of Commissioner Bill Welch. He was then elected and served as 4th ward commissioner until 2006.
