Conditional Use Hearing re: 8 Crozerville Road

The applicant located at 8 Crozerville Road in the Rolling Hills Industrial Park has submitted a Conditional Use Application to construct a retaining wall and grade a portion of the property in the area of steep slopes. Relief is being requested under Zoning Ordinance 1288.05 Use Regulations Section (a)(2) Subsection F. This is a public meeting and residents are welcome to attend and give comment.
