At this time we ask that the residents start to nominate a person for Citizen of the Year.  You can find the Nomination Form here and on the Aston Business Association Web Page.  Forms will be located at the Township Building on the second floor and the Community Center along with the ballot boxes for those who do not have access to a computer.  All Applications must be in by no later than August 20, 2019.  Happy Nominating!!!!

Township Building Late Opening

The Township Building will be opening at 12 p.m. today, Tuesday July 23, 2019. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Also, the Community Center will be opening at 8 a.m. for those residents in need of air or a charging station. Camp Rainbow will still be held today at the Community Center as scheduled.

An excessive heat warning is in effect for Philadelphia and all surrounding suburbs for five days, from 8 a.m. Wednesday until 10 p.m. Sunday.  On Wednesday and Thursday, scattered downpours and thunderstorms will aid in some cooling off locally. Come out to the Aston Township Community Center on Saturday, July 27, 2019 from 6pm to 9pm, doors open at 4:30pm.  Admission is $25 and all prizes are cash prizes.  In addition, there will be special games, food, bingo supplies and raffles.   All proceeds go to the Aston Township Library.  No one under the age of 18 will be admitted into the event.

Hometown Concerts & Movie Nights Are Back!!!

You’re invited to come out and enjoy an evening of outdoor concerts or movie nights this summer held at the Aston Township Community Center.  The events are rain or shine with the option of using the Community Center Gymnasium in the event of inclement weather.  Lawn chairs are welcome and every concert is $1 dog night!!  Concerts are set to begin at 7 p.m. and Movie Nights will begin at dusk.  We look forward to seeing everyone there!!! Commissioners Meeting Date Changes for June 2019

Due to a Commissioners conference being held during the week of the monthly Commissioners meeting, the Work Session meeting as well as the Commissioners meeting have been moved up one (1) week in the month of June.  The dates are as follows, Work Session will be held on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at 2 p.m. and the Commissioners meeting will be held Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at 7 p.m.  We apologize for any convenience this may cause residents.
