Glen Mills, Pa 19342 on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 to help support your Aston Township Fire Department.  10% of your total food purchase will go towards the fundraiser.  Please bring a copy of the flyer with you, there are copies available in the lobby of the Township Building on the second floor.

Aston Township has new signs on major roads as you enter our town that say “A Community that Cares”. Late Tuesday evening, November 15, 2016, and in the days that followed, we personified that little public relations snippet more than you can imagine.  Let me tell you about it. At 11:17pm the Aston Township Fire Department was dispatched to the area of Linda Lane and Birney Highway for a building fire. 27 Aston volunteer firefighters left their home and answered the alarm.  10 mutual aid fire departments, 3 EMS and 6 police units also responded.  Our community cares. Aston Commissioners Recognize Andrew Gill on Eagle Scout Achievement

Aston Commissioners, during the October 19 meeting, recognized township resident Andrew Gill on his promotion to Eagle Scout. The son of Brian and Janemarie Gill, Andrew is a senior at Sun Valley High School. His Eagle Scout project involved planning, supervising and painting two pre-K classrooms at Holy Family Regional Catholic School in Aston. With assistance from adult scout leaders, fellow scouts, friends and family, the classrooms were painted prior to the beginning of the school year.
