Following the amendment to Chapter 860.06 of the Aston Township Codified Ordinances, the No Solicitation or No-Knock form has been created and added to the Aston Township website. Southwest Delaware County Municipal Authority (SWDCMA) will be performing work along Concord Road and Dutton Mill Road beginning the week of March 17, 2025 and is expected to last from 2-4 weeks.  Flagger Force will be handling the necessary lane closures and traffic control during this time.  Our PennDOT permit has been issued for four weeks with work being done Tuesday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm. The work will be on Concord Road, from Ellston Road to Baldwin Run Drive; and, on Dutton Mill Road, from Kingston Terrace to Wellington.

An informational traffic calming meeting was held at the Community Center on March 3, 2025 to discuss residents Donnelly Avenue traffic/speeding concerns.  For those that were not able to attend the meeting or those that would like to review the presentation again, it can be viewed below. We would like to notify the residents of Aston that Green Lawn Fertilizing has been issued two (2) peddlers permit beginning on April 28, 2025 and expiring June 9, 2025. This is the only company with an active solicitation permit, we remind you to always ask to see a Township issued permit from anyone knocking on your door.
