Senior Community Services (SCS) is pleased to provide this exciting array of classes to educate, inspire and encourage you. Created specifically to serve adults 50+ in western Delaware County, the Center for Life Long Learning (CLLL) brings adult education offerings to you. SCS, a non-profit agency, also works in many other ways to keep older adults living independently. Established in 1977, SCS today operates four Senior Centers. The DCIU has submitted revised land development plans for Township review. The Aston Township Planning Committee will hold a meeting on December 10th at 7:00 pm in the Commissioner's Meeting Room in Municipal Building to review the plans. The revised plans are available for public review in the Township Building. No meeting date has been set for the conditional use hearing. By Loretta Rodgers Patriot’s Day 2014 The Aston Township community gathered Sept. 11 at the Memorial Gardens at Five Points to honor and remember those who lost their lives in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. Hosted by Township Boy Scout Troops 225 and 292, Girl Scout Troop 57075 and members of American Legion Post #926, the program included speeches, dedication of a wreath, readings, and memorials.
