The Township will be returning to its normal leaf bag collection.  As done in the past leaf bags are available for purchase at the Township Building (2 New Rd. Ste 123.) and also at the Community Center due to the New Road. bridge set to be closed on Monday, October 31st during regular business hours.  The bags are being sold for $3.00 which consists of a bundle of five (5) bags, senior citizens will receive their first bundle of bags for free, we ask if you are picking the bag up at the Community Center to please bring exact change.  Leaf [...]

At the Board of Commissioners meeting on September 21, 2022 a presentation was given by Commissioner Dougherty in regards to the ongoing acquisition of 43 acres of land from the Sisters of Saint Francis.  The presentation can be found here, it will show the project from beginning to its current status as well as the funding contributions from grants as well as other contributors. As some of you may know the Aston Township Community Center is currently hosting Pickleball and Basketball for Aston residents. The following schedule will be followed from April 16th thru June 14th! APRIL 16th   THRU JUNE 14TH   MONDAY, 10A-4P TUESDAY, 9A-12P WEDNESDAY, 9A-4P THURSDAY, 9A-4P (4/18-5/2,9A-2P ONLY) FRIDAY, 9A-4P CLOSED:    4/23, 4/25, 5/23, 5/27, 6/13 PARTICIPANTS MUST BE 18 & OVER AND SHOW PROOF OF ASTON TOWNSHIP RESIDENCY.

Miller Pipeline has been in contact with Aston Township to let us know they will be doing subcontractor work for Peco.  Miller Pipeline will be contacting Peco customers in the near future to schedule appointments to replace their gas meters as well as the bar the meters are mounted on.
