The Aston Township Girl Scout Troop 55 will host a Pancake Breakfast and Vendor Fair on Sunday November 17, 2019 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Aston Township Community Center, 3270 Concord Road. Aston, Pa 19014.  Enjoy a delicious all you can eat breakfast and get a jump start on your holiday shopping.  The cost for breakfast will be $10 for an adult and $7 for children, all children under 2 will be free.  The shopping portion will stay open until 1 p.m. and will feature vendors from Thirty-One, Color Street, Lularoe, Doterra Essential Oils, Beauty Counter, Nuskin, Pampered [...]

Boy Scout Troop 292 and Cub Pack 77 of Mount. Hope Church will be participating in the national "Scouting for Food" again this year!  Our Scouts & Cubs will be collecting non-perishable food items from your front step the morning of Saturday, November 16th. The non-perishable food items we collect stay local and are used to help families in our area. Come out and join the Aston Township Fire Department on Thursday October 24, 2019 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. as they hold their open house and celebrate Fire Prevention Week! This event will be rain or shine and held at 2900 Dutton Mill Road.  They will be doing Fire Truck Demonstrations/Tours, Ambulance Tours, Chip the Fire Dog, Escape Planning and more!!! The Board of Commissioners will be holding a special meeting on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at 3 p.m., for items that cannot be put on hold until the regular Commissioners Meeting scheduled for September. Community Day Meeting Schedule

Community Day planning has begun!! All meetings will begin at 7 p.m. and will be held at the Aston Township Community Center in the small meeting room. The dates for meetings are as follows: Tuesday August 6th  Tuesday August 20th  Tuesday September 3rd  Tuesday September 10th  Tuesday September 17th  Tuesday September 24th  Tuesday October 1st  Friday October 4th all day at Community Center We hope to see some of our wonderful residents there that are willing to volunteer for Community Day.

2019 Citizen of the Year Nominations!!

At this time we ask that the residents start to nominate a person for Citizen of the Year.  You can find the Nomination Form here and on the Aston Business Association Web Page.  Forms will be located at the Township Building on the second floor and the Community Center along with the ballot boxes for those who do not have access to a computer.  All Applications must be in by no later than August 20, 2019.  Happy Nominating!!!!
