Please see the below message from Joe Connolly from SEPTA: As ridership on Regional Rail continues to grow, particularly on weekends, SEPTA is restoring 123 trains – 99 weekend trains and 24 weekday trains – when new fall timetables go into effect this Sunday, September 8. On the Media/Wawa Line, the increased service will allow for the restoration of full hourly weekend train service – adding 12 trains to Saturday and Sunday schedules for a total of 36 inbound and outbound trains. With our area continuing to be in a heat advisory until 8 p.m. Wednesday, we would like to remind residents that the Community Center is always available to be used as a cooling and charging location.  Plan for ways to keep yourself and your family members cool during this extended stretch of dangerous heat. The Aston Township Planning Commission will be meeting on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at 7 pm.  This meeting will be held at the Administration Offices, 2 New Road. Ste 123. Aston, Pa 19014.  On the agenda is the review of 37 townhouses and a 5,000 square foot commercial building located at 5021 Pennell Road.
