On Tuesday September 3, 2024 a meeting was held at the Community Center for the Aston 5th ward residents in Pennell Manor that will be directly affected by the development 104-106 Pennell Road. known as Star Hill. The developers were there to answer questions for residents as well as Commissioner Bowden, Township Manager, Assistant Manager, Township Solicitor and Engineer. During the meeting a presentation was given and those in attendance had been informed it would be available for view on the Township website, the presentation and site plan are located below.
